Eating Breakfast in the Morning
My thoughts to this are pretty simple. It does make sense that people that do not eat breakfast are heavier because not eating breakfast in the morning does not give you the energy you need to complete task you need to do throughout the day. Without the energy, you will more then likely just sit down and do nothing all day that is why it is critical that we eat breakfast. It doesn't mean that you can't skip breakfast every once in a while because I know that I do and I am not obese. It is just better for you to eat in the morning to start off your day.
